By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Apps, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the Apps. We ask you to actively accept these Terms the first time you sign in.
SkillXray analyzes an AI-agent "skill" (the files and instructions that make up a skill) and produces an automated report highlighting potential risks, hidden instructions, and other findings, with a summary verdict. SkillForge turns a plain-English description into a draft skill, then runs it through SkillXray, so you can review and download it.
The Apps are tools that assist your own judgment. They build on open-source software (see §10) and do not replace your responsibility to review and safely operate anything you create or install.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Please read this carefully. A SkillXray report — including any "safe," "pass," "low-risk," or similar result — is an automated, best-effort, informational assessment only. It is not a warranty, certification, or guarantee that a skill is safe, secure, trustworthy, free of malicious or hidden behavior, or fit for any purpose. Automated analysis can miss things, and skills can behave differently when actually run.
You remain solely responsible for deciding whether to install or run any skill, for reviewing it yourself, and for running it in a safe, sandboxed, least-privilege way. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any harm, loss, or damage arising from a skill you choose to install, run, or rely on, whatever a SkillXray report said about it. SkillXray is one input to your judgment — not a substitute for it.
Skills generated by SkillForge are drafts and starting points. We do not guarantee they are correct, complete, secure, or fit for any purpose. Review, test, and scan every generated skill (SkillForge runs SkillXray automatically, but §5 still applies) before you rely on or install it. You are responsible for what you do with generated output.
You keep ownership of the content you submit ("Your Content"), and grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit it only as needed to operate the App you're using. How Your Content is processed differs by app — see the Privacy Notice for the app you're using:
You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the right to submit it. Don't submit secrets, credentials, or other people's personal data.
The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Apps at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Apps will not exceed the greater of (a) what you paid us for the Apps in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) US $50. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limits; there, the limits apply to the maximum extent allowed.
The Apps, their branding (including "SkillXray," "SkillForge," and "Hermes Cracked"), and original content are owned by us or our licensors. The Apps build on open-source software used under its own license — including NVIDIA's SkillSpector (Apache-2.0), which powers parts of SkillXray's analysis. We don't claim to have created those open-source components; they remain the property of their authors and are used under their respective licenses, and nothing here limits your rights under those licenses.
The Apps are tools. We make no guarantee of any income, business result, or outcome from using them or any skill you build or scan.
Your use of the Apps is also governed by our Privacy Notice, which is incorporated into these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Apps in a way that risks harm to us, the Apps, or others. You may stop using the Apps at any time.
We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date and, where appropriate, ask you to re-accept. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, USA, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
